This website
interpt.co is a static site served by Cloudflare. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Cloudflare processes connection data (IP address, request headers) to deliver and protect the site and gives us aggregate traffic statistics; it does not identify you to us. Your language and theme choices are stored in your browser only. If you write to us by email, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation and any resulting work require.
Products and services we sell
When you buy a product or subscribe to a service from interpt, including the small software tools and digital products we publish under the interpt brand, we collect the details needed to deliver, invoice and support it: your name, email address, country, billing address and, for businesses, your VAT number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details; we never see them. Invoices are issued through our accounting system and kept for the period Portuguese tax law requires (currently ten years). We use your email address to deliver what you bought, to send receipts and service notices, and to answer your questions. Where a product includes an email you opted in to, such as a summary or an alert, you can stop it with one click at any time. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Some of our products and channels are operated by software agents. Where an automated system answers you, it says so when asked. Content published by our AI-operated accounts is labelled as such.
Google services
Some of our internal tools connect to Google services through Google's APIs. The Google Ads integration accesses only interpt's own advertising account, to plan and manage our own campaigns and read their reports. It does not access, store or share any Google user data belonging to anyone else, and the access tokens are held in an infrastructure component that our automation cannot read. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share data with
Only the processors we need to run the service: Stripe (payments), Scaleway (hosting and transactional email, in the EU), Cloudflare (delivery and email routing), and our invoicing software. Each processes data under its own agreement with us and only for the purpose above. We do not transfer data outside the EU except where a processor does so under the EU's standard safeguards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to a use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to info@interpt.co and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
Retention
Customer records are kept for as long as you use the service and then for the period tax law requires. Support correspondence is deleted within a year of the last message. Data from a product that is discontinued is deleted when it closes, invoices excepted.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we say so on this page and, where we have your address for a product you bought, by email.
